Card Value Scanner is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, or GAME FREAK. Pokémon and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only in a nominative, descriptive way.

What the Service Provides

Card Value Scanner is a Pokémon card value scanner that identifies cards from photos and shows market prices, graded values, and collection totals for collectors and sellers. Prices, graded values, and collection totals are estimates based on available market data. They are not guaranteed sale prices, certified appraisals, investment advice, or authentication results.

The Service does not guarantee that every scan will identify the correct card, variant, condition, or grade. Counterfeit detection, alteration review, and professional grading require separate expert services.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful personal, collector, or resale-preparation purposes.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass access limits or security controls.
• Do not use the Service to misrepresent card authenticity, condition, grade, or value to buyers.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Respect marketplace and grading-company terms when using pricing information off-platform.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payments

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Paid features, if offered, may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store or billing channel. Refund eligibility follows the platform or store policy that processed the purchase.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, grading outcomes, listing results, data delays, identification errors, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You are responsible for verifying important cards manually before selling, grading, insuring, or making high-value decisions.

Intellectual Property

We own or license the Service software, branding, website content, and design except for third-party trademarks and content belonging to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or republish the Service or its outputs except as allowed by law or written permission.

Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
