Jafar #33: rarity, grading and trend

Jafar #33 is a Promo card from Promo Set 2, a 2024 release. It ranks as number 7 by price out of 39 cards in the set, so it is one of the cards collectors chase when opening packs. At this price most copies change hands raw, often in bulk lots, and graded sales are rare. The illustration is by John Loren / Cristian Romero.

Is it worth grading? Low raw value paired with stable prices suggests grading is less urgent, though condition aspects such as edges and corners still affect collector desirability.
