Dragon Vault Card List & Price Guide (DRV)
Every Dragon Vault card with live raw and PSA 10 prices, updated hourly. Updated Nov 2, 2026.
Issued in 2012, Dragon Vault is a compact Black & White era special expansion devoted almost entirely to Dragon-type Pokémon. It was distributed through dedicated small-pack products rather than a conventional booster-box release. The Pokémon lineup uses holofoil presentation, giving even evolutionary cards such as Dratini and Dragonair a more premium appearance. Rayquaza, Dragonite, Latias and Latios provide the familiar centerpiece names, while Kyurem number 21 sits beyond the regular numbering as the secret card. The small checklist makes completion approachable, but pristine foil copies remain a separate challenge.

Frequently asked questions
What is the most valuable card in Dragon Vault?
Kyurem #21 leads the set at about $79.49 raw, followed by Rayquaza #11 at $73.16.
How many cards are in Dragon Vault?
Dragon Vault has 21 cards in our price guide, released in October 2012. The most common rarity is Rare Holo (18 cards).
How much is a complete Dragon Vault set worth?
Adding up the lowest near mint Cardmarket price of every card gives about $812.68 for a raw set. Buying singles one by one usually costs more once shipping is added.
How many Dragon Vault cards are worth more than $10?
7 of the 21 cards are currently worth $10 or more raw. Most of the rest are commons and uncommons that sell in bulk.
How do I find the card number on a Dragon Vault card?
The number is printed in the bottom corner next to the set symbol and the set code DRV. Match it to the list above, or scan the card with a phone app to read it for you.
Was Dragon Vault sold in regular booster boxes?
Dragon Vault did not follow the standard booster-box model used by main expansions. Its small packs appeared in dedicated retail products created for the special set. That distribution history helps explain why sealed material looks different from ordinary Black & White era booster packs and boxes.
Which Dragon Vault card is numbered beyond the regular checklist?
Kyurem is numbered 21 and functions as the expansion’s secret card, appearing beyond the regular sequence. It is distinct from the main numbered lineup and remains an important completion piece. Buyers should verify the collector number because Kyurem has numerous other Black & White era printings.
How difficult is building a Dragon Vault master set?
The compact checklist makes the basic set easier to pursue than a full-size expansion. Difficulty comes from locating consistently clean holofoil surfaces and securing secret Kyurem. A stricter master collection may also account for packaging-related extras, but those are normally treated separately from the numbered expansion.
