Mega Charizard X ex #MEP 023 Value (MEP Black Star Promos)
Pokemon card price guide: raw and graded values, eBay sold prices and price history. Updated Nov 2, 2026.
As MEP 023, Mega Charizard X ex brings a major Mega Evolution form into the September 2025 Black Star Promo run. Saboteri handled the illustration, and the card’s raw market sits below the leading promos despite its recognizable subject. Its mid-upper price rank and recent decline distinguish raw accessibility from the much stronger premium attached to top-grade copies.
